Summary

Positivepresents.org has been designed to make the site easy to use and enjoyable, no matter what browser you choose to use, and whether or not you have any disabilities.

The site's layout takes into account users who are blind or visually impaired by providing the option to skip navigation and clear use of menus.

If you have difficulties using a mouse, the site can be navigated using only a keyboard.

The content has been written and formatted to make it accessible. By use of headings, short sentences, meaningful links and keyboard navigation.

Alternate text is used for all images and text can be resized. Additionally the colour composition of images has been checked using www.vischeck.com with particular care on images that include text.

Where possible other forms of media such as video, audio files and flash will be accompanied by a clear alternative version in text.

The site has been designed to meet relevant technical specifications to ensure the widest possible compatibility.

Positivepresents.org has reviewed the RNIB, Mencap, and RNID websites for best practice in accessibility.
